Streamline Carpet Cleaning

This company cancelled on us at the last minute! We were moving and had schedule the cleaning of all carpets after the furniture had been moved out The service was scheduled several weeks in advance and we had even called back two weeks prior to make sure they were still good for the date and time The morning they were supposed to do the cleaning we called to let them know that if they wanted they could come earlier in the day since the movers had finished early the day before(They had been scheduled for the afternoon.) We were told that they would check with the person who would be doing the job and get back to us We didn't here anything for two hours so called back No one answered and we left a voicemail minutes later we received a text that they were no longer comingand would not be able to do the carpets today We called back (took several attempts to get a response) and were told that they didn't receive a call back for a voicemail they supposedly left on a voice mail system that was no longer up (had been packed) and thus cancelled us They knew we were moving and should of had our cell phone number (they say they didn't) as we had done the checking on the via cell and they had called back on it Either way it left us in a bad place leaving town the next morning and now having to find someone to clean the carpets on that day
