For a smalll company youd think theyd take care of their customers. Nope. Stay away, they may look cool but you better get your size right. Their chart isn't 100% and they'll waste your time and take your money trying to simply exchange. Just get the real McCoy, Vans.

Cant believe my worst experience with a business Is with a shoe company. This is still ongoing. After 17 emails back and forth I am still getting the run around.

I ordered two pairs of shoes in a mens 10.5. I received one pair at 10.5 and the second in a mens 8.5 in a completely different model than I ordered and that is shown clearly worth a picture even on my receipt.

Straye Shoes decided they had to look into it to see what happened on 2/28. After 17 emails and one phone call which understandably with the covid virus the phone number is down now, but mind you the original contact was made over three weeks before the shut down.

After trying continuously I was informed they have a no refund policy and sent a return slip, finally in the 17th email, so I would receive the correct shoes once the original package was sent back. I have asked for a shipping label and had no response as I apparently am expected to pay for return shipping for a pair of shoes they sent two sizes too small and in the wrong model.

I have never in my life given a negative review but I would warn you if you deal with this company only buy off the shelf not online.

Worst company experience EVER over some shoes. Come on man?????
