And to top it off they make sure not to include any phone numbers to be able to speak to an actual person via phone. I am disappointed and I'll be sure to spread the word of the not great experience I have had with this company. The schools should really reconsider going back to Lifetouch.

Strawbridge Studios prides itself on doing what is right and excelling in customer satisfaction.
She has no full-body shots.
Two proofs were loaded on the side and were off centered.
She is standing next to a column with the word Senior but you only see a cut-off letter S.
Bottom of shoes showing in the shot. The photographer could have asked her to change the position of her legs (the one she was most looking forward to purchasing).
Looked like this was supposed to be a full-body shot and is just an awkward-looking pose/angle since her feet are cut off.
We ended up with just one image to choose from after my daughter being completely devastated about something she has looked forward to forever!
It took almost a year for someone to get an answer in regards to the two photos loaded incorrectly on the side and off-centered. I was told nothing could be done about either issues. I just called this morning to ask if I could have those two images sent to me and was told they are a company "for profit" and I needed to pay $100 for the digital images even though the photography was of poor quality . I was refunded the photo session last year so asking for the two images was too much of a loss for Strawbridge Studios even though we were going to spend that amount and more when purchasing the one image that was acceptable.
Be ready to take photos on your own to ensure the images and memories will be priceless for your Senior and not a complete waste of time and disappointingt. DPS choose another studio, PLEASE!
My own child had pictures taken and I ordered them online and they were delivered to school, excellent pics, great service! Prices are very reasonable!
They also do.not have backup yearbooks on file for my kids school of 2 years ago, even though they claim online that they keep files of kids for 5 years. And their price for yearbooks if you do order on time is also more than I feel this hassle is worth and more than my old town's better company charged PLUS we are lucky if we get the yearbooks by the end of the year!
I would give a Zero if optional.. This company is horrible.. their pictures are crap every year.. my kids are always prepared and looking nice for picture day.. my boys are heaver set, with that said...if you have 2 settings one sitting and one standing.. put them standing .. tell them so sit up straight or stand up straight.. push their glasses up so they aren't cutting through their eyes..lift your chin up a little .. look straight ..etc... these are important to parents.. and I'm mortified at the lack of talent or lack of caring these photographers have that take these pictures of our kids.. it's every year..
Hire some people that have talent and care to help our KIDS position themselves in flattering ways so we parents get pictures we want to purchase. My kids are 12 and 13 and almost every year the issues of their pictures not turning out is not on them but the photographer. Something has to change.. I'm so tired of crap pictures these photographers take.
My son said the photographer said to him to sit and smile.. he said these are important to my mom, I wanna make sure I look good.. he said you look fine .. smile.. well he was not sitting up straight .. hunched over bad and his glasses were cutting through his eyes at the photographer angle of picture.. this could have been corrected in less then 30 seconds.. also if he had to sit , have him sit on the edge of the stool so it would be flattering position.. I didn't even care his hair was still damp from his shower or his outfit wasn't dressy .. it's 100%him.. it's the lack of caring to help our KIDS get positioned with perfection.
This companies photographers are a joke.
I would like this company to make their clients aware of how long it takes for them to process your payment. I was just made aware of the payment I submitted on April 23rd, 2015 was just deposited on June 3rd, 2015 which has caused my bank account to be over drawn. I am a single mom and live pay check to pay check and this couldn't of come at a worse time for me. I am just trying to make potential customers of this business aware of this issue so no one who is on a very tight budget runs into this problem!","neg-1
Poor packaging for one order. Only partial order received for second order, poor quality for third order.Poor packaging resolved. Ordered and paid for pictures of son on 5/12/16. Only received one of two photos. Called company on 5/24/16 about this order and problem with sports picture quality for daughter. Was told my son's order would be sent and my daughter's picture would be retouched and sent. More than a month later and I still have no pictures.Desired SettlementI want the remaining picture of my son and the retouched picture of my daughter.
