July 19, To Revdex.com Attention to [redacted] case ID [redacted] Dear Revdex.com; Mr [redacted] stayed with us on July 7, for one night I assume, that he liked the stay, because he made another reservation himself through [redacted] on July 14, for night stay from July - July 28, On July 16th he cancelled this reservation and he was charged through the [redacted] for one night, which is our cancellation policy, and it is clearly stated with [redacted] , and on our website Summary: made reservation on July 14, for July - 28th, already in charging time period reservation cancelled on July 16th, (days before scheduled arrival) Our Hotel cancellation policy is : The cancellation policy is days which means: if the customer cancels for ANY REASON within days prior of his/her arrival the customer will be charged for one night stayThis is precisely this caseMr [redacted] made this reservation already in our days cancellation policySo as you can see, he was properly charged So the statement this Gentleman makes in the complaint to Revdex.com is not correct Please note: Mr [redacted] wrote a very nasty review on the ***, which I am enclosing with this reply In the complaint to you he states, that he got sick On [redacted] in his statement he says, that he had a death in his Family so he had to cancel I wonder which one of his excuses is the real one, if any Thank you

On July 16th he cancelled this reservation and he was charged through the [redacted] for one night, which is our cancellation policy, and it is clearly stated with [redacted], and on our website. Summary: made reservation on July 14, 2017 for July 26 - 28th, 2017 already in charging time period. reservation cancelled on July 16th, 2017 (10 days before scheduled arrival). Our Hotel cancellation policy is : The cancellation policy is 14 days which means: if the customer cancels for ANY REASON within 14 days prior of his/her arrival the customer will be charged for one night stay. This is precisely this case. Mr. [redacted] made this reservation already in our 14 days cancellation policy. So as you can see, he was properly charged.
