Horrible customer service. I have been a client for a number of years, and recently found that our agent failed to properly inform us of an issue with our account which caused us to be penalized and incur substantial additional costs. I asked to speak with them further and they failed to respond. I sent an email asking again to discuss and they refused or failed to respond in any way. My emails were sent to the agent and to the owner of the company. This is no way to treat a client. Ignoring people even if they believed they did nothing wrong is still horrible customer service. It's never appropriate to ignore an email, ignore a phone call or ignore a request to discuss a matter. Shame on this company. There is an expectation that if you are in business, that you respond to complaints or concerns raised by a customer.
