The sum of my review of our experience is this: They cold called us to see if we were interested in doing a walk-through and receiving a quote to utilize their cleaning servicesThe initial process was quite pleasant, well handledAfter this point, things went badlyThe communication with all three parts of their business went terriblyMy communication with various people was misrepresented to or not accurately passed along to othersIn the process of receiving the initial quote and moving to establishing a relationship with a franchisee to do our cleaning, calls and scheduling were not handled in a timely mannerThey also told us that the service had been significantly under bid, suggesting a 33.3% increase to their initial number after we were weeks into the processWhen specific instances were brought up to an overseeing staff member, the quick reply was that we needed to terminate this process and no longer pursue establishing a relationshipSadly, what we hoped would be a beneficial relationship upon initial contact turned out to be anything but thatWe have decided to pursue other opportunities

This is a Scam You pay to work for them Don't buy into the illusion of being a Business Owner You are an employee and you pay them $25,plus dollars a year You are charged for very old out dated equipment and charged unbelievable interest on it Bad business partner for a Franchisee / Employee Great for the Companies receiving the service and for Stratus Buildings solutionsLess than minimum wage for the franchisee paying $25,plus a year to Stratus

Stratus Building solutions is very misleading. Jobs are taken from one employee given to another. This Company receives over $ 25,000 plus per franchisee a year and the franchisee preforms the work. The Franchisee is an employee. Jobs are under bid and less than minimum wage. Equipment is leased to the franchisee at a very unbelievable interest rate. The equipment is very old and out dated. Don't sign a contract with this company. There is no opportunity for growth as a business owner with this company.
