Review: I cancelled my business insurance on 5/7/14 and received notification of cancellation from Stratum. Insurance premiums in the amount of $117.15 was taken from account on 5/27/14 and 6/24/14. I have called and emailed Stratum on more than 6 occasions, I have called Atain Specialty and IPFS Corporation as well, since May 2014 and they have ignored my request to have funds returned to my bank account. My account has incurred bank fees of $181.00 because of this.Desired Settlement: I need funds returned to my account immediately totally$234.30 for premiums and ($181.00) for all bank fees incurred. Please contact me for a copy of the cancellation notification and my bank statement.
