Stratford Wood did come to an agreement to allow the residents to move out prior to their lease end date.? It was an end result that benefited all parties and allow the residents the peace of mind to move on to a new location.? Also, Stratford Wood and the team members takes our resident service requests very seriously.? As soon as the team was notified that there was potential mold on the bathroom ceiling, team members immediately went to the home to assess any potential concerns.? A company was also hired to complete an air test, which resulted in no further concerns in the town home.? Thank you for notifying us of this letter.? ? ? ?
