Strategic Wealth Designers has represented me for about six months. I went to a complimentary dinner seminar and was thoroughly impressed and decided to transfer my financial accounts to their institution. My financial advisor met with me to discuss my financial objectives for retirement and he invested accordingly. We were closing in on retirement and already had a consultant in St Louis and one in Indy. We were going to retirement related dinner meetings and classes to learn more about setting up a retirement income plan. One night we met JORDAN at one of his dinner meetings. We were impressed by his personality, his knowledge, his communication skills and his attitude. He wasn't arrogant, he made his subject easy to understand and there was NO PRESSURE. He even said if you met with him and just didn't feel comfortable, that was okay - no pressure.
We had money to roll from a company 401K plan - the last step for retirement planning. We had investments in St Louis and Indy but JORDAN never pressured us to move everything to his office.
The other consultants and teachers explained that to start our retirement income withdrawal, we would take money from 'the buckets' that we had carefully set up, but no one would take the time to help us work out which account, when, how much. We gave JORDAN information on all of our investment buckets. He reviewed them and then laid out a list of which accts and how much to withdraw for a monthly income and which acct. to start taking from if you have unexpected expenses. This help took a large load of stress off of our shoulders. We used his proposed plan and it has worked great! He provided this help when only one acct - the 401K rollover - was with his office.
JORDAN provides one-on-one meetings in his office to go over accts or if we have any questions. He even has a white board where he puts pages of words into diagrams that are easier to understand. He even called us during this pandemic just to check on how we were doing.
Before the pandemic, Strategic Wealth Designers (SWD) had monthly dinner meetings at interesting locations covering various financial subjects. These were not boring try-to-stay-awake meetings but rather upbeat, energized, fun, good food and short presentation. These meetings give you a chance to touch base with your consultant, meet new people and learn a little more. They are not sales meeting; there is no pressure.
Now with the pandemic, they have frequent webinars. We haven't had a chance to review these yet.
Our previous Indy consultant ended up selling out to another company who just sent statements with fees. We transferred what we could to JORDAN and SWD keeps an eye on these investments too and provides advice as needed.

Outstanding customer service. No pressure, less garbage reports, only meat and potatoes make it much easier. They listen and do not pressure you to do anything you are not comfortable with.

We have only been withe Strategic Wealth Designs for a year and even with the Coronavirus pandemic our portfolio has not taken a significant hit. We have had major market drops in the market that hurt our retirement savings but our account with Strategic Wealth Designs is holding up nicely. We also have some money in an annuity that Strategic Wealth Designs recommended where we got a percentage bonus for investing and it never goes down in value. We are recommending Strategic Wealth Designs to all our retiring friends. Best money management company you can have managing your retirement.

The staff is knowledgable and friendly. There was no pressure to meet but provided a lot of helpful information. They have a lot of fun events which also offer investment information. Would recommend attending one of their events!

The company takes its fiduciary responsibilities seriously. The portfolio managers are always searching for the most advantageous products for their clients and their goals. An on-going beneficial relationship with their clients is their goal.
