I was referred by a friend to Strategic Student Solutions, spoke with a Rep, signed up for the service on May 15th, My first payment was supposed to be withdrawn on the 31st of MayI emailed my Case Manager to make sure the requested information was received via email (on her end)I never received a confirmation emailIt is now June 12th, and my first payment was never withdrawn from my account (nearly weeks later)I have left multiple voicemails with my original Rep and with my Case Manager, neither of whom have returned a phone callOddly enough, my Case Manager returns the phone calls of the person who referred me When the friend who referred me reached out to the Case Manager (whose payment also hasn't been withdrawn) she told my friend they hadn't even filed her paper work with the governmentShe informed my friend that they cannot file the paperwork until the payment is receivedHOWEVER, the payments (both mine and my friend) were supposed to be automatically debited via ACH transfer Red flags and no resolution

I spoke with Tonyann, and the offer for my my student loans was not in my best interestBut she spent time with me on the phone to figure out what was available to me and gave me great optionsShe was kind and not pushy like I was anticipating when I knew I wasn't going to enroll in their programShe provided me with good information and a contact number for future needsIt was a great experience

Please all paperwork and forms signed, so that you have a clear understanding of what they doThey do exactly what they sayBut, what you pay them is a waste of money and could be money spent towards paying off student loansMy student loans are with fed loans and whatever this company does for you, fed loans can do at no charge

I have received no less than robo-calls from their automated dialerThe number for the automated dialer is XXX-XXX-XXXX and originates from Ashburnham, MAI have NEVER requested information on student debt relief and the first 5-times they called me I pressed to be put on the do not call list and they still continue to callI began ignoring the number but they call so frequently almost once a week..then I found out that what they were doing was illegal and they violate the Consumer Telephone Protection Act and have been logging all of the callsThe last three calls I have been speaking to a live person requesting they remove me from the list and to stop calling me as I never requested their service and I informed them I was on the national do not call listThis was on 4/7/at 1245pm then I received a call from them again on 4/8/at 1025am where I told them the same thing and they told me they would take me off, Then I received a call the very next day, 4/9/at 1251pm and spoke to representative Tanisha and repeated everything again and she assured me I would be removed and here it is again today, 4/11/at 343pm I received a robocall and then transferred to Simone and repeated myself to herAfter which I promptly called an attorney and will begin interviewing to discuss a class action lawsuit to be taken up against them as this is way past the point of ridicuousness..I suggest everyone else start doing the same, log all of the calls and contact an attorney and lets get this company shut down!!

Okay I called this place today to see if I could get loan forgivenessThe lady I spoke with was rude and inaccurateTold me I would pay their company $over months and then $for me to stay in the program then after years the government will wipe my loan clean [redacted] Why did I have to calculate all the fees that I would pay and then she just agreed and asked for credit card informationNo! If you have fedloan I suggest going directly through them to be safe and secure about where your money is going

This company made a lot of promises when it came to my federal student loan I spoke with [redacted] after conversations over the phone and some emails he promised that my loan would be paid off In YEARS, IF I JUST SIGNED UP FOR THEIR SERVICE WELL, IT WAS COMPLETELY FALSEnot only did he make several numerical errors on my agreement that he never fixed or emailed back to me but, I found out that I will be paying my loan off for the next years and they charge close to $for re-filling fees This is what they do, and every time you need to speak to a human you wait, never mind email no one will respond I am going to call my bank and cancel my automatic payments they are stealing $$ from me every month They need to be shut down

I called and cancelled my contract with them and done everything asked of meI was assured nothing would be debited out of my account and it wasNow I'm negative in my bank account and they are telling me that it could take up too weeks for a refundI'm so disgusted!! What a shady "company." I contacted them on accident when trying to get in touch with the Department of EducationMistakenly, I gave them my social security number when they asked, as I thought I was speaking with someone from the DoE, and now they won't stop robocall harassing me at home or at workI've tried to contact them 10+ times over a three week period to ask that they stop calling and was unsuccessfulGo ahead and call their callback number (XXX) XXX-XXXXthe one they leave when they spam call youand ask to be removed from their call listDid you get hung up on before you could finish a sentence? Welcome to my world! Even when they do stay on the phone long enough for you to ask them to stop calling, the calls just keep on comingHow has the government not shut this "company" down? Do yourself a favor and stay well clear of these shadeballs

In the beginning I was told I had to pay them a fee Of over $a month for three month as an enrollmentAfter three months they began taking additional sums of $p/monthI was told that this would happen for a few months while my total disability letter was being processedI filled out their form and sent Social security letter of documentation for disability as well as a recent letter from a specialist that outlined my disability as total and permanentThey did not request this but I was told it was most helpfulI have waited patiently and have heard nothing from themThe paperwork was completed by myself and my doctorAll requirements have been previously metToday I called them again and they acted like the form to send them had not even been previously requested not to mention completed and received back to themI am suspect of these folksWhen I talk to them their answers are have been quite clearly rehearsed and are at best vagueI am going to contact the government and seek relief, and search for the possibility of class action minded othersFor the benefit of the doubt I am at this time awarding a' nuetral' experience on my complaint

I am very upset with this companyThis company is FRAUD and should be shut downI thought this company was affiliated with the Dept of EducationI was told by a Rep *** that there company is part of the Obama care act for students that are in debt with loansHe stated there company pays out all of my student loans and consolidate themI would pay for months and then for yearsHe stated my credit score will rise up while I make paymentsI've made payments and I found out that none of my loans are being paid and credit is in delinquent for all of my student loansI looked on the fed loan website it is says "No Repayments have been made"I've also contacted them and sent them documents stating that my student loans bill is not They told me it should be lower and they will get back to me and they Never didMy bank statement says Strategic solutions purchase as a charge every month, nothin to do with my loan repaymentsI had to go to my bank and stop all payments and report this companyI really hope this company gets shut down for taking my money and lying about there business
