I have a pressure washer from all trades that has a cracked wand handle which needs to be replace before it can be used again I tried calling, leaving messages and sending emails to All Trade customer serviceThe only response I got was from Ask Carl which is a link on their siteCarl responded stating that he forwarded my comments and request to someone else in the service department and I should be hearing from them soon Well after trying for a year I still have not been able to speak to or order this part from anyone at AllTradesI find it hard to believe and totally inexcusable, Perhaps if I start writing about my experience in different review sites I will get there attentionIf not perhaps I will save someone from the frustrations I have been dealing with

Carl responded stating that he forwarded my comments and request to someone else in the service department and I should be hearing from them soon.
