I was contacted by this company and was encouraged to participate in their online marketing plan for my Real Estate business They said I would have my business placed on a Google Directory listing and map placement A Concierge Service They assigned me an account manager named *** who was to call me with scheduled updates to review my business profile She was constantly late with her calls telling me that she was on with another client and it ran over It took them about a month to send me a postcard with a PIN number to activate my account I have constantly called to complain about not getting the postcard and had to resolve the issue over the phone with another business representative Once that was solved I was told I would receive an e mail update of my business I have yet to receive itI have yet to receive or see my business information on Google
