I am rejecting this response because:
The date set for delivery was not set by myself I informed Strat-O-Span that I was in need of a building before the end of the year and I was shopping around to see what I could get and the different prices, I was told by Strat-O-Span that there would be no problems receiving the building materials before the end of 2016. Upon ordering the building I was gave a date of December 19, that all the materials for the building would be delivered. So I was prepared to unload materials on that date with a crane rentalDecember the came and gone and I didn't hear anything from Strat-O-Span, so I tried to call multiple times over the next and a half weeks and received no answer. When I finally got ahold of an employee it was on January 4th and it was the Pennsylvania office that took my call. When speaking with them they thought that I had already received my materials and was confused of the whole situation and said they would have some one from the Breese IL office get in touch with meI then received a call from the Breese office telling me their phones had not been working for a couple weeks and that the metal company that supplies them were behind and my materials would be in in the next couple weeksNo one tried to call and inform me not to expect the materials and not to have a piece of equipment to unloaded it ready which cost me moneyI did not order the building form the metal company I ordered from Strat-O-Span so what happens between them should have no concern for me, and the problems with the phone should not have cost me money like it did. I should have received a call from them telling me they would be weeks late on deliveryBut I did not, in fact I didn't receive any communication at all for over weeks past the original due date which is unacceptableThen being told a number to a casino after I asked if we could work something out for my losses is ridiculous.

Mr*** had ordered the building on Nov29. As per his complaint he had asked for delivery sap, hopefully by Dec19. I told Mr*** typically buildings take days to manufacture, however we would see what we could do. Also complicating the quick turn around is
the holiday season. Part of the building including the trusses need to be manufactured in Breese, IL. They where done in mid December. The roofing and siding along with steel header are manufactured by our supplier *** *** Mfgin Sellersburg, IN. The materials list for *** *** to manufacture these parts was submitted to them on Dec5. We received the *** *** order in our plant in Breese on Jan10. We immediately set up a delivery date with Mr*** and he has received all materials on Jan
