Review: I placed my order on Oct *, and have not received any tangible updates regarding shipping or my order since then, and I have not received my product. The website states that orders go out within 1-3 business days, which did not happen, and I was not alerted of an issue. On a [redacted] message, I was told that I would receive an update on 10/**, which I did not receive until 10/**, after filing a dispute with [redacted]. At that time, I was told that my package was lost by [redacted] (even though I never received a tracking number) and that another item would be shipped to me and I would receive a new tracking number on 10/**. As of today, I have not received any further update regarding my order or its status. Furthermore, I have received no updates via email or [redacted] (only [redacted] mobile). I also called their customer service number and the number was disconnected.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would like a refund.

Review: I purchased some clothing through "STRANGE VIXENS" when I received the clothing two of the items were a size too big on me. I then filled out the size exchange form and I returned them to "STRANGE VIXENS". VIA [redacted] TRACKING :[redacted] confirmed that "STRANGE VIXENS" received my package for a size exchange. Its been 4 months since I sent my package for a size exchange and I have not received my clothing. I have contacted "STRANGE VIXENS" and let them know and they sent me a [redacted] Tracking Label Number: [redacted] Confirming the shipment of my size exchange items. I tracked the package and there was No tracking location, so I contacted [redacted] and they advise me to contact "STRANGE VIXENS" so they can file a "LOSS CLAIM". The have insurance on my Items as well.To this date 10/*/2014 I have not received any information from "STRANGE VIXENS" or the owner of "STRANGE VIXENS" [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like my clothing I purchase or a refund.
