I called Watertight Roofing Services on a Monday morning I left a message with an actual person (a lady) for the scheduler to call me back I received a phone call from Sean (The Owner) that same afternoon He said he would have someone come out and take a look...and repair what was needed in 3-days He did what he said he would do He too came out with one of his guys (Raul) And together they did a very thorough inspection of my problem They found the issue and fixed it at that time Sean was nice on the phone and in person And I knew that I was working with a company that cared about their work...which translates into caring about people I was so grateful to find Watertight Roofing Services They took care of me during a very rainy season when roofers are very very busy And they fixed my roof leak in less than the time stated I will highly recommend Watertight Roofing Services
This company really did a very good job replacing my roofThere were people on the crew and they worked hard to get the roof done in a timely mannerThey were polite and paid attention to details which was impressiveThe team leader kept me posted on the status of the project and when they left it was as if they had not been on the groundsNot a single nail or a piece of singles remained in my driveway or around my house
