Review: This company straight set brought/ took over dr. daniel bythewood ortodontist practice.. They're servicing his previous patients .. I paid well over 5,000 plus 250/300 additional for brackets for my son [redacted]. I phoned the office to have my son's braces removed and was advised that I would have to pay an additional 500 dollars because he's now considered a new patient.. If theyre servicing his other patients why am I excluded and why must I face additional finacial hardship as a single parent to pay to have them removed , when they were originally part of the payment from the beginning...Desired Settlement: All I would like is to have the braces removed at no cost.. I refuse to pay 500 more dollars
