Review: Painter agreed to cancel our contract of April 28th 2014 via telephone conversation with me on June 5th 2014. This was confirmed with him via e-mail. In the telephone conversation, he requested that I give him until June 20th 2014 to return my deposit of $1890.00. I agreed. Despite several voice mails and e-mails that have gone unanswered, I still do not have my deposit.Desired Settlement: I would like my $1890.00 returned to me immediately either by bankers check or cash
Review: We signed a contract on 9/19/2014 to fix the front porch and the price was settled $3,460 and $1,700 was paid in advance. In last 6 weeks he has completed hardly 25% of the work. He made quite a few broken promises. Now he does not responding to my calls email messages.My main purpose is to alert other fellow citizens to be ware of this deceptive business man.Desired Settlement: Refund me $1,000.
