This customer purchased a year old vehicle from usWe did agree (even though we had no obligation to) replace the radio with a USED unit once one could be located at a

I got a call from [redacted] on 2/24 and left a message saying he was working on the issue and they are waiting on the radio to come in and then they will fix the issue within a couple of days.

We apologize for the late response as we were not notified until 10/26/15 (yesterday) that there was a complaint. We did in fact sell the Vehicle and after we delivered it we found that the title we received from Toyota Financial Services was...
incorrect. We then returned the title to them and unfortunately it took an excessive amount of time to get the problem fixed. The problem was fixed by the time this complaint was filed. The customer did not pay any extra fees and in fact we have given multiple complimentary services to this customer in an effort to show our appreciation for her patience. As of the date of this complaint the License office had all that was needed to register her vehicle. We believe we acted fairly and honestly to resolve the problem with the least amount of inconvenience to the Customer.
