This letter is in response to a notice that I received December 5, regarding work done for Mrs.*** *** ***The complaint ID Number is ***.I want to first of all, respond by pointing out that I am surprised and confused by the complaint since onNovember 28th we were contacted by Mrs
*** to come to the *** residence to resolve this matter.Mrand Mrs*** were not available to meet until December lstThis complaint was filed onNovember 29" before any opportunity to resolve this matter.As planned we met on December first and came to a quick and friendly agreement that Str8shot wouldredo the countertops on the bar and kitchen sink area at no cost to the home owner as it is our desire tohave good relationships and satisfied customers.Mrand Mrs*** themselves indicate that the replacement could occur after the holiday season.further clarified that she meant after the first of January All parties agreed, and it was myunderstanding that all parties were satisfied with the resolution.I am not sure why this customer chose to file a complaint prior to giving our company a chance to rectifythe situationHowever, whatever the motivation, our intention is that these customers will havecountertops that they can be proud of shortly after the first of the year 2018.Sincerely,Michael P***
