I've attempted to resolve the issue by contacting the individual directlyThe telephone number provided was not an accurate number and she has not responded to my email sent to the address providedWe feel that we need more information in order to process this requestOur understanding is that she is requesting a receipt that was issued to an organization that her daughter participates in for one of our events; however we are unclear if that is the caseWe do not usually offer receipts to third parties; if the organization requests a receipt we are happy to complyShe has not contacted our office directly about this issue and we request that she call us at ###-###-#### or email me directly at [redacted] @spfhf.org in order that we may obtain a better understanding of the issue and how to assist her
