StPaul Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy [redacted] StPaul, MN Wednesday, May 31, Revdex.com of Minnesota and North Dakota SRiver Ridge CirBurnsville, MN To whom it may concern: We are responding in regards to complaint # [redacted] in which a client is claiming that we used misleading information in order to get him to sign a contractWe are very sorry that the complainant’s experience with our gym was not up to our usual standardsWe provide all prospective students with the same opportunity to take a free private lesson at our gym to get an idea for the services we provideThe complainant came into our facility for a free introductory private lessonAfter the lesson, the complainant said that he enjoyed the lesson; he waived his day free trial and chose to sign a month contract that dayA few weeks later, the complainant refused to follow through with his contract and stopped paying for his membershipHe then accused us of lying in order to get him to sign a contract which we did notWe have reached out several times and offered multiple solutions with how he may either be released from the contract or continue his trainingWe even attempted to go above and beyond by offering him to continue his membership without having to pay back any of the payments he had missed/refused to pay up until that pointHe refused all options we presented him with, and claims that the only way for us to resolve this dispute with him is to void out the contract and pretend he never signed one which we feel is unreasonable and unfair to us as a business Kind Regards, StPaul Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy Management
