Stove Guard

Purchased Stove Guard Jenn-Air stove protectors on July 30, 2020. We covered our stove with the protectors with the intent of keeping the cooktop clean.

We went to clean the guards on August 25th and found that an area under the “guards” had removed a portion the stainless steel. It was much lighter color than the whole stove. This discoloration was not there when we placed the guard on a clean cooktop. The area was stripped by the Stove Guard and now a portion of the stove is lighter than the rest of the material.
