Stout Heating & Air is the only HVAC company I've used for 12 years. They're always professional, on time, friendly, & do a fantastic job, whether it's for a new installation or regular maintenance. I always ask for Richard S[redacted] for service, but all the guys are very good; I simply was more accustomed to having Richard come out & started asking for him because he's a gold-standard service pro. I like the fact that Stout is local & they've been around for a long time.
