The trainer promised refund of $180 for the horseback riding lessons which she was not able to provide for my kids, but she has not refund it yet although we have requested the refund six times by e-mails since 1/11/2016. She has recently ignored our request.I have e-mail evidence that she promised the refund and how many times we requested the refund.Product_Or_Service: Horseback riding lessonDesired SettlementRefund of $180Business Response Two checks were mailed. One was apparently lost, as discussed in e-mails back in February 2016. Second check was mailed and have receipt of check being cashed/deposited as of March 10th, 2016. To date, no further attempts to contact me had been made by customer via e-mail, phone, etc. Consumer Response We have not received any refund check from the trainer nor even cashed.Please verify the back side of the personal check which was cashed/deposited.There should not be my name or my wife's one.My wife or I sent e-mails to the trainer to request the refund on 1/11, 2/22, 3/13, 3/21, 4/21, 5/3 and 7/6.These e-mails should be in the trainer's inbox or possibly Junk mail box. The e-mail subject is either "Re: makeup lesson" or "Fw: makeup lesson". I can show such e-mails as evidence if necessary.
