Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We have made contact with [redacted] and this issue has been resolved as outlined in the attachment. As specified, we sent [redacted] three separate packages: the first package upon completion in June 2016, a second upon his request in August...
2016, and a third package upon his request in November 2016; none of which were returned to us as undeliverable. Upon learning of the Revdex.com complaint we reached out to [redacted] to reconfirm his address, and to request a new address through five (5) separate communications: 3 phone messages, and 2 emails. It was upon the request for a new address, for which we were going to send a fourth package via certified carrier, that [redacted] confirmed that he did in fact received one of the three (3) previously sent packages this week of February 12, 2017.
