I had my roof replaced by Stormtek in March 2015. Overall the replacement went well. They did not make me aware that they would have to detach the gutters during the replacement. In doing so they did not reattach the gutters and refuse to come back out and do so or pay the $295.00 fee to the professionals who installed the gutters to come back and fix Stormtek's mistake. I'm upset that Stormtek is not standing behind the fact of satisfying the customer. So my ongoing experience with them has not been pleasant and my gutters remain detached from the house. So for any potential customers please check all work before they leave your residence.
