THE COMPANY REFUSES TO FIX 30 FOOT LONG TIRE MARKS ON FRONT LAWN LEFT BY TRUCK BRINGING THE ROOF TILES.
MY NEIGHBOR GOT HIS ROOF REPLACED. THE TRUCK THAT BROUGHT THE ROOF TILES RAN OVER MY FRONT LAWN LEAVING A 30 FOOT LONG TRENCH ON MY FRONT LAWN. I CALLED THE COMPANY FEW TIMES AND THE COMPANY OWNER REFUSES TO FIX IT SAYING THAT THE DAMAGE IS ON THE EASEMENT AND THE COUNTY SHOULD REQUEST TO FIX IT, NOT ME THE HOME OWNER. BUT ITS ON MY FRONT LAWN. I FIND THAT EXCUSE KIND OF STUPID. PLEASE GET THE CONTRACTOR TO FIX IT.
IT WOULD ONLY TAKE ABOUT $ 20 OT TOP SOIL AND 1/2 HR LABOR TO FIX.

Ty, the Orlando area owner, had his team put a roof on my house IN ONE DAY! I watched the team work. They were as thorough, accurate, efficient and clean as humanly possible. In fact, I'm still stunned at how diligently and consistently they worked! I've checked the property three times and not ONE roofing nail on my land. Not one! No mess. I'm ashamed to say they left my property and driveway CLEANER than they found it. Oops!
I LOVE my new roof! The entire experience was WORTH IT! Even with Covid-19 causing personal and professional damage to this contractor, which I discovered on my own, sincere condolences for your multiple losses, it didn't affect the quality, workmanship, professionalism or grade of their product.
SRS gets my vote and I highly recommend them. Ty is laid back and if that mannerism would worry you, you should go with someone else, but you'll lose out. Trust me. Me? I LIKED the fact he had it all under control and was unworried about the details while I was "new" to the process. I also like the fact he kept the communication lines open with a single text when needed. No drama. No repeats. It's almost like I was his one millionth customer. Been there and Done that experience with a "Hey, we're SRS and we'll take care of everything. ". I mean EVERYTHING.
I didn't have to deal much with home owners. Cutting it short, all I had to do is pick out the color and style for the tiles. My home has increased in value more than 10% because of a new roof and I paid minimum for it! THAT is value. SRS is the way it's done!! Thank you to Ty and the whole SRS team. Your work is amazing. I'm TOTALLY satisfied. I'll recommend SRS as a small business solution to everyone.

Found cracked shingles on brand new roof and roofing company is not willing to fix it.
Had the roof replaced in the end of September, one month later I had the roof inspected and we found cracked shingles on the top edges where the shingles are bent into place. The roofing company did not install the shingles correctly and left the cracked shingles as is. I called and was told that its a manufacturing issue and not a workmanship issue, and that I would have to deal with the manufacture myself. I asked to speak to the owner and was told he would call me back. I never got a call! after a week I called and again another week passed by. I tried calling several times to try to speak with the owner (Ty) and I was told he would call me back each time I called, but never got a call back and still have not received any call. I want them to replace the cracked shingles and fix this issue as they should since this is a workmanship issue. I payed over 17 thousand for this job and feel they taken advantage of me as a customer. This Job was not done correctly and now they doing even call me or care of my concerns. Very disappointed as a customer.
