This company had a rep to come to my door to do a roofing job, after a hail stormThe terms were we will do your roof, gutters, etc for no money meaning they will put thru a claim with my insurance company and they will pay my deductible, as they stated a roof for freeWell they did do the roofing but when it came time for my gutters they didn't have a gutter guy, so I waited and waited and waited, eventually I spoke to the manager Mike, that told me because the paid the deductible I wasn't getting gutters, he then told if I want to pay the deductible he will give me gutters but I have all the paperwork that includes gutters, I called him back he then told me he upgraded my shingles and that is why I didn't get gutters, I told him that was not the agreement and he needs to deliver gutters, he hung up on me I called back he told me I don't listen and that he changed my deal to upgraded shingles, keyword is he changed itI told him no that wasn't what I agreed to, he told me he is to busy he will have his attorney call me
