that as soon as we received the original part, we would ship out the correct part to him. At this point, the customer became unreasonable. We informed him that as soon as we received the transmission back, we would either refund the full amount of his purchase, or send him a new part.On October 20th, we received the transmission in our office. I spoke to him on the phone and gave hi m the option of sending the correct transmission, or a full refund.
