Review: My daughter was enrolled in the Stork Club child care center in Cheshire, CT until August 14, 2015. She was then pulled out due to verbal abuse/ mistreatment by a teacher (that was already filed here). I was told, upon leaving, that I would be getting an unspecified sum of money back (due to her tuition deposit I believe). I was told this could take one to one and a half months due to a delay in [redacted] kicking in. I called them (Stork club corporate) last Monday (11/23) and spoke with a man, who did not give me his name. He said he would review the situation and get back to me. I received a voicemail the next day stating that there was a balance of $62.29 on my account (which I had not once been notified of). I waited to receive the mailing so we could be on the same page and discuss any issues. From what I saw, u was charged for the week beginning 8/17/15. My daughter did not attend that week. It states on the statement two lines below that her last day was 8/14. From my understanding, instead of me owing $62.29, they owe me $102.71. I called Stork a club corporate back this morning. The man said he was on the other line and would call me back. He did not (after an hour and a half) so I called him back. He was extremely rude and refused to speak to me. He referenced a complaint I had made about the mistreatment of my child on [redacted] I asked if he could just explain the bill, and he said no and that, if I called him again he would call the police.Desired Settlement: I would lik Stork Club to refund me $102.71
