I placed a order of *** the amount was of $*** I refused the extra available pack order went finish my order when the order was completed I realised I was chargedn$*** I got ahold of customer service that took a few hours to request a refund. I called customer service and they told me it was in processing and they could not refund my money back there for they did not honor their money back guarantee.I argued with the lady then hung up kept sending emails to cancel . First I got a email saying it was cancelled and I will receive my refund within 3 to 5 business days . Those days came and went with no refund. I again contacted customer service for my refund. I got another email saying I will get my refund within 5 to 7 business days then I received a email saying they don't have my funds on their end. I have been arguing with this company to honor their 60 day money back guarantee and return my money.
