Review: Several problems - this is at the Robinson location:I had auto billing and moved out today. Since the bill is in advance, I was paid thru next month until the 27th of August. My refund? Their reply: "No we don't do refunds. Oh darn, and you were just billed two days ago. Sorry!" My $180 should have been refunded (pro-rated of course for the 2 days into the cycle that we are). Also, with auto billing, several months ago, they forcefully got my amount due out of my account when the card declined. Instead of waiting for my return call to provide alternative payment, they billed on small amounts until they over drafted my account a little piece at a time. Is that even legal?? Are they allowed to break an agreed upon amount into smaller amounts until they get my amount due? I don't recall that in the paperwork I signed for allowing auto-billing. Thirdly, while moving my possessions out last week, I discovered my lock was tampered with and scratched up. As the personnel there explained, "oh, we have some evicted, crazy lady harassing us." Really? I though this facility was secure, with surveillance, and coded entry?What is going on here?Desired Settlement: I would like my full August month bill refunded at this point for the way this has gone. I really thought this facility was great in the beginning, but parting when I no longer needed extra storage...that's a whole different story.
