I have been using Preferred Air Conditioning since I moved to Florida in I have a service contract with them as well as an extended service agreement Their service personnel are friendly and helpful They check everything out twice a year to make sure my air conditioning is in good working order Once a problem was located and my extended service contract took care of the cost Their semiannual maintenance is quite affordable and well worth it
