Double billing despite filling out paperwork
I took my name off a storage unit and changed it into my fathers name I signed legal paperwork doing so, which also removed my credit card from the bill My father went into their office on the same day and filled out the requisite paperwork The business continued to bill my credit card as well as my father's card When I called them about it, they called what I was saying "here-say" and made one excuse after an other, never being willing to look into it nor to refund the incorrect charges I will now have to fight to get my money back
