her account becoming seriously delinquent.  We assisted  her during this difficult time by allowing her to vacate her unit and writing off all delinquent rent and fess to bad debt and not proceeding with any further collection efforts.  We found this to be satisfactory outcome to this unfortunate issue. [redacted]-District Manager-Storage West
