Mrs [redacted] , Thank you for your businessWe value you as a customer and want nothing more than to give you the best experience possibleAfter reading your complaint, we did not do this and we are sorryWe would like the opportunity to earn back your business and make up for the negative experience, misinformation, and the losses due to our negligence We wanted our Private Seller account type up and running upon the close of our auction site, StorageBattles.com in January We were not able to do this in timeSince, we have worked hard to get it up and running but weren’t able to before the demand by our Private Seller community came to surfaceWe decided we must come up with solution (“work-around”) to give our Private Sellers the tools they need to conduct auctions, as advertised The temporary work-around is to use the Facility Manager account and modify it to a Private Seller accountThis workaround is being used today and will continue to be used until we finish that account type and thoroughly test it, to deliver the best product and experience to our customers Each customer service representative should have been fully equipped with the information and understanding of the newly established “work-around” which allowed you, and all Private Sellers, to post auctions using the Facility Manager accountWe have now informed everyone in the company so they fully understand how this works so we do not mislead another customer or cancel an auction by mistake We did a few things wrong here and we will use this as an opportunity to improveWe are removing the Private Seller account type option from the registration screen until we have the account type ready to useWe will allow existing Private Sellers to use the workaround and we plan to add instructions on screen to help guide them through the process Please reach out to us if there is anything else we can do Thank you kindly, The StorageTreasures Team
