We were quoted a price for 2 units and the rep put them on their standard 2 week hold for us for our upcoming move. A week and a half later, they called to say the deal they had made would not be honored. The facilities manager tried to say that the salesman who had authorized the deal was the maintenence man and he had made a mistake. But, the gentleman who had helped us was very knowledgeable about the units and pricing, so we know it wasn't a mistake. The facilities manager told us that they had someone else that was interested in one of the units that we had reserved (and at a higher price) so they weren't going to honor the original price they quoted us.
