Storage Post

I rented a number of storage units from storage post. I had entered into an agreement to make partial payments to avoid auction. The unit in question had an outstanding balance of 40.00. On the day of the auction I contacted the manager to find out what it would cost to avoid auction and he demanded 1200.00 cash. He had arrved at this figure by ignoring a 750.00 payment that was made and actually specified by him in the contract additionally they wanted to add rent for the next month which made no senseI actually pointed out this error before the end of the auction and he refused to acknowledge he was wrong because of this I was not able to stop the auction an my personal belongings everything I owned was sold and is now gone.
