Review: Starting in Mar 2015, I was billed an additional amount for insurance on a storage unit. I have already provided proof of insurance when I initially rented the unit July of 2014. I was not notified the additional amount would be billed to my account, nor provided a copy of the policy. I was billed an additional $9 per month for 7 months for a total of $63.00.

The managers stated that a copy of my insurance wasn't in my file but I was in the office when it was faxed by my insurance company & watched the clerk put the proof of insurance with the rest of my paperwork when I initially rented the unit.

I again provided proof of insurance & I have asked to be refunded the insurance amounts billed to my account in error & was given a a partial credit of $5.70. I have requested on several occasions to credit my account the balance of $57.30 & have received no response.Desired Settlement: Since I have provided provided proof of insurance at the time of rental & again last month when I attempted to resolve the issue, I am asking for a billing adjustment of $57.30 to be credited to my account.
