From: [redacted] Sent: Wednesday, October 12, 3:PM To: drteam Subject: Complaint [redacted] Good afternoon, Thank you for the notification and please accept our apologiesWe value each and every customer of Nexus Disposal and we also understand the sensitivity of transitions between mergers and ownership's I do acknowledge that we did received a call on 10/3/and I believe there was a mix up in communicationAs stated in the Revdex.com claim Customer Information: [redacted] [redacted] ***We did not have a container at that locationThe phone number that we also had received was not correct 713-828-in which I see was off a digit Not knowing [redacted] call was linked to another location located at [redacted] ***, we received a call from [redacted] on 10/6/Following the phone call we reached out to the owner on record (Cory S [redacted] but we have yet to receive a replyWe are very sorry but we usually do not remove a container unless we receive documentation proving change of ownership or we hear directly from the owner we have on fileThe cancellation / verification process usually takes days or so I am sorry this escalated to your office and in no way or matter do we want this claim to reflect our businessWe are a service industry and we strive to give the best service as possibleI do not believe this claim is an issue of our service nor the integrity of our companyI take blame and I feel it was a lack on both endsWe have not received any notice in writing from either party stating there was a change in ownership until we received this complaintFurthermore, after receiving this complaint we had to research until we found the correct Customer Information / locationThis claim does not state the correct address, old business name nor any of the business contact informationIn good faith we will have the container removed from the following customer location within hours: [redacted] Please inform us if this is not the correct location and feel free to contact me if you have any questions [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me However, the complaint did not have to escalate to this pointNexxus is also, attempting to shift the blame, because when I asked to for the proper chain of command to inform the company of the change of ownership, I was told by the dispatcher she would send a message. At no time did the company ask for any supporting documentation of change of ownership, nor did they attempt to return any of my phone calls in reference to the dumpsterHowever, the dumpster has been removed and the situation is resolved

The phone number that we also had received was not correct 713-828-7882 in which I see was off a digit.   Not knowing [redacted] call was linked to another location located at [redacted], we received a call from [redacted] on 10/6/16. Following the phone call we reached out to the owner on record (Cory S[redacted] but we have yet to receive a reply. We are very sorry but we usually do not remove a container unless we receive documentation proving change of ownership or we hear directly from the owner we have on file. The cancellation / verification process usually takes 30 days or so.   I am sorry this escalated to your office and in no way or matter do we want this claim to reflect our business. We are a service industry and we strive to give the best service as possible. I do not believe this claim is an issue of our service nor the integrity of our company.
