I picked this storage facility just by driving by and went inside for prices I meant a lady by the name of Reba that was very knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant to work with She was patient and understanding of my needs and was very welling to do what it took to get my business that day She went over and above great customer service I loved the facility and what is has to offerI would recommend this storage units to anyone lookingThey provide the locks, their on site help with restrooms and bottled water if needed Great place

I've had positive experience twice with Storage Masters. I'm renting 2 units a their facility, and the rates they gave me was better then any i've ever seen. I was offered a discount at both times at the front desk, and the total rate per month was even lower than for what I was going for. It's always a great feeling to safe money at the spot. The front desk ladies are very lovely, polite and very helpful. The storage units are clean and look brand new to me. The access to the storage unit is pretty easy, and they also provide you with the lock. I am very happy with this company. They even sent me a thank you card by mail. It's a pleasure doing business with you Storage Masters!
