They changed my due date did not tell me and are charging late fees. My due date should be the 23rd or 25th and I had them auto pay for the 6th to pay early. Tthey did not tell me they changed the due date didnt tell me. Then when I tired to ask them about it they said they will get back to me but never did and are still charging me fees upon fees. No resolution. My unti is J-18
In response to the complaint above about unit J-18. We at Storage Locker do our very best to accommodate all of our past, present, and future customers. Storage Locker contracts are written with only one individual per contract. The person that filed this complaint is not presently the individual contracted with us, but could possibly be at some time in the future. So I am going to try and answer the concerns named by this non customer with out divulging any personal information of the actual customer. Since I am aware of the customer on contract " Unit J-18 ", 1.) The due date for rent of Unit J-18 is The 7th of each month.2.) In the present software Unit J-18 back to May 1st of 2018 the due date has always been on the 7th of the month.3.) The Unit J-18 has had 4 on time auto payments since May 7th 2018 and 12 late payments ranging from 2 to 37 days late of which 3 of those payments no fees were attached and 8 payments of which fees were attached according to California guidelines. 1 of the late payments a fee was waived as a courtesy.4.) On 7/13/2019 we were instructed by our merchant vendor to remove all credit cards on file because of lost or stolen card.5.) Storage Locker will not change any of our customers due date with out prior written authorization from our customer and we would not discuss it with a non customer, even a spouse.6.) Storage Locker does not return calls to a non customer wanting to discuss a customers account.7.) Storage Locker and its employees through 8 of its employees has continuously attempted to contact this units customer through telephone , letters, e-mails, but has only had as little as 1% of any communications responded to all attempts of communications. In the past this customers supposed wife has called and it was explained to her how the charges work as a courtesy by me personally, to both the customer and customers wife, of which they have said they were going to move out twice, but did not. Storage Locker does not want to lose any of its customers nor prevent any future customers from choosing Storage Locker for their Storage needs.8.) As far as the purchase date of Unit J-18 it is just incorrect.9.) Storage Locker will not be refunding any fees regarding Unit J-18 at this time pertaining to this account.
