Storage King

Back in January I started a leasing for storage space. All my furniture/clothes/important documents were destroyed when I went to pick them up on 11/26. When I went there I was told that someone was going to contact me regarding my property because it was all destroyed by water damage. When I tried to salvage some or any of it all of it was completely molded and literally had a ridiculous amount of various rodents (rats and mice)and insects literally jumping out of anything that we tried to touch. I was never contacted about the water damage and my furniture had bites and droppings all through it. My entire unit was damage. I walked away with not one piece of merchandise including important documents. When I tried to file a claim I can not get in touch with anyone or have been given an embarrassing run around.
