I purchased the ClickFree Plus Cand I had problems with it since the day I purchased itI had numerous phone calls and emailsNow I went to use again and it doesn't function at all on [redacted] laptopAll the previous backups are gone and it won't back up anythingThere is no phone number or email to get in touch withI was told to register on a forum page with has zero tech support [redacted] I would like a mine replaced or a refund of $which I purchased on their website [redacted] you sell products and give zero support

Storage, Appliance Corporation, the maker of Clickfree backup software has, in my opinion, failed to do an adequate job of resolving problems with it's softwareEven after submitting a complaint, my issue never moved from the draft phase into the group of issues being worked onEven today, there are more than issues still remaining to be worked onConsequently, I lost a ton of data from my last backupI [redacted]

Company has seemed to disappear (mid January 2016),Parent company of Clickfree and has left users around the world without assistance, help, etc
