7/7/15In response to the complaint ID: [redacted] submitted on 6/26/15.Upon moving into the storage unit the tenant signed a lease agreeing under term 5, “The Lessee must notify Stor-Mor in writing ten days prior to the first of the month if he plans to move out, otherwise full rent for the month will be due and owing.” Tenant broke this lease term by giving Stor-mor a move out notice on 5/28/and moving out the same day, 5/28/Because tenant broke the lease contract the tenant did not receive the $security deposit. In a phone conversation on 7/2/tenant was made aware of their broken term on the lease and understood why the security deposit was withheld.Stor-mor works hard to maintain great customer relationships and was disappointed this customer did not give us a chance to work things out with them before this claim was filed.Feel free to contact us if you need any additional information and thank you for the Services you provide to businesses and consumers
