A response to this complaint was email responded on Thursday, 2/2.  An attempt to contact the tenant was made on 2/2 upon receipt of this complaint at home office.  Tenant was aware of the charges pursuant to her lease and in fact was made aware that her unit would be sold on 2/3 at auction if payment was not received. Tenant did request an intervention on 11/14.  On 11/18 home office denied the payment plan on paying $105 on 11/15, 100 on 11/25 and 104 on 12/4.  Tenant was told to hold onto the funds and bring all on 12/4 ($309).  This would have alleviated tenant's lock being cut on 12/9 and sold on 2/3.  Tenant did make a partial payment of $150 on 11/25 against Stor All's policy, however was still a month past due on 12/9 so tenant's lock was cut and the auction process moved forward pursuant to the lease. Tenant indicated that her lock was not in the same position as she left it.  However, tenant failed to notify Revdex.com that her sister had her gate code and key to her unit and that her sister was in her unit per the Stor All manager who was on site when the sister asked how to open the door (didn't know she had to slide the hasp open).   Home office reached out to tenant to resolve this matter with no response and tenant's unit was sold pursuant to Ohio Revised Code.
