Revdex.com:This business is the first vendor known to me who expects monthly payment without sending a statement, even by EmailAny landlord or any Credit Card Company or business does otherwiseTheir claim of having it in the contract is just a way to deceive customers and add a late fee after five daysHowever they did cancel the late fee for me and the matter is just not worth fighting about and continue a lengthy discussion, so let it be resolved I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is acceptableto me and the matter has been resolved Sincerely, [redacted]
Customer's complaint is that she didn't receive an email containing the invoice for July 2016 rental fees. In our rental agreement it clearly states that Stop & Stor does not send a bill or statement and that it is the renter's responsibility to remit the payment by the [redacted] of the month in order...
to avoid a late fee. Stop & Stor as a courtesy will send an email reminder if the tenant provides us with their email. However, as mentioned, this is a courtesy. We have had some issues as of late sending the email and have been trying to resolve the issue. I phoned [redacted] and explained that this is only a courtesy and that Stop & Stor isn't obligated to send an invoice, which is consistent with our Rental Agreement. We had recently waived a late fee for [redacted] but I went ahead anyway and waived the late fee she incurred for the month of July. [redacted] was satisfied and said she would make a comment on this complaint that she was taken care of and is satisfied.
