Semi repair is a jokehour service and they hired is to do the repairsI've been here now days and my tractor has still yet to be taken in for repairOthers that have arrived either before me or shortly after me, though they also had a long wait as well, their tractors are done My company has already pre-approved payment for the repairs but why am I being lied to on when repairs will be started when I was originally told only 6-hrsfor the job to be startedEvery time I ask for an update, about every hours; I'm told it will be a couple more hoursIt's been days now, customers coming in the 2nd day were in and out in less than hrs., why are others getting their tractors fixed before mineBest possible guess is these mechanics have no clue how to do their jobs effectively and are picking the easier jobs and they can't even get some of those done correctly or are lying to their respective owners about their assessment of the job presented before themMy tractor should have been looked at over hours agoDon't do business with this company you will regret ever giving them your keysI would leave but I can't just go somewhere else when I need my brakes fixedI'm stuck here cause of a safety hazard my truck imposes on other motorist
