1. 10/16/19 Partial work completed by Stonie Creek Services. Full payment of $325 paid to Stonie Creek Services based on *** verbal and handshake agreement to complete the remaining work.
2. 11/15/19 After no follow-up from *** to schedule the remaining work, a voicemail message was left on Stonie Creek Services office number (XXX-XXX-XXXX)
3. 11/25/19 After no follow-up from *** to schedule the remaining work and no return phone call to my message (XXX-XXX-XXXX), I was able to speak directly with *** (XXX-XXX-XXXX) and reached an agreement to have the refund issued (see email below).
4. 12/12/19 After not receiving the refund check, I was able to speak directly with *** (XXX-XXX-XXXX) and reached an agreement to have the refund issued after her discussion with ***.
5. 01/31/20 After not receiving the refund check, I left a voicemail message again on Stonie Creek Services office number (XXX-XXX-XXXX) stating that if refund check is not received within the next week (no later than 02/07/20) then I will pursue further actions.
6. No refund check or return phone call or response to email.
