This place is a joke, management does not care one bit about this place, speeding, running stop signs, loud music, people rebuilding cars and painting them, kids running all over the place, cars and trailers being broke intoI do not recamend living hereWe are moving out

I am a current resident at stony brook although I have the option to purchase my home I have chosen to just rentAfter nearly years of being a responsible renter I have found that management at StonyBrook is less than parOn numerous occasions, I have placed work orders for major repairs (repairs that are causing a medical condition to worsen)Each time my concerns were brought forward I was disrespected, ignored and and still have not been able to get any resultsManagement is rude and unwilling to cooperate I will no longer recommend anyone rent a home this community!

A sign at the entrance to the community suggests that new tenants are screened for past felony offenses but SEXUAL PREDATORS are posted on the county website showing tenants that are sexual offenders living in the park. Obviously tenants are NOT SCREENED (as agreed upon in everyone's leasing agreement) before renting or moving in which causes a great safety concern for all the families who live here.
